Rigid mica plate:

Mica plate is made of mica paper with high-performance organic silicon resin. After heating and pressing, the mica plate can be made into rigid or flexible insulating plates. The mica content is about 90% and the organic silicon resin content is 10%.

R-5660-H series rigid mica plates are featured with high strength, good performance, less smoke, less odor etc. This series mica plates are used mainly in household appliances (toaster ovens, microwave ovens, warm air blowers, hair dryers, electric iron etc.), metallurgy (such as line-frequency furnaces, medium frequency furnaces, electric arc furnace, etc.), medical equipment and other industries, used as the heating support, lining plate and partition plate of the electric appliances described above.

According to varying degrees of surface smoothness:

◆LC-5660-G1:Muscovite smooth plate

◆LC-5660-G3:Phlogopite smooth plate

Feature:

Relative to general insulation material, the prominent advantages of the flexible mica plate are:

◆ Excellent insulating properties at high temperature: At 500-1000℃ operating ambient temperature, the voltage breakdown resistance is 15KV/mm;

◆ Good tensile property: It can be processed into a variety of shapes without layer separation;

◆ Excellent environmental protection performance: The product contains no asbestos, and has less smoke and odors, even smokeless and odorless when heating;

◆ Excellent acid and alkali resistance, and oil resistance.

Note: The product less than 2.0mm thickness can be formed by stamping. The products larger than 2.0mm shall be processed by turning, milling, drilling and other processes.

Packing:One pack is 50kg in general. The product is sealed usually with plastic film and packed in carton. The fumigation-free pallet shall be used when exporting. Each pallet contains <1000KG or protected by metal drum.

Use and storage: Stored in dry and moisture-proof indoor place at room temperature, there is no service life limit.
