Extra-thick mica plate

Extra-thick mica plate is a sheet-like insulating material of high strength, the thickness of 3mm or more, up to 100mm. R-5660-T series use in high temperature conditions can still maintain its original performance, are widely used in chemical machinery, metallurgy electronics, high-speed locomotives and other fields

Types:

According to different mica paper:

◆ LC-5660-T1: Extra-thick muscovite plate

◆ LC-5660-T3: Extra-thick phlogopite plate

According to varying degrees of surface smoothness of the mica plates:

◆ LC-5660-GT: Extra-thick mica smooth plate

◆ LC-5660-T: Extra-thick mica net plate

Feature:

Relative to general insulation material, the prominent advantages of the extra-thick mica plate are:

◆ Superior heat insulation performance, fire-resistance up to temperature of 750℃, low thermal conductivity;

◆ Oil and corrosion-proof, environmental protection and non-toxic, as the alternatives of asbestos;

◆ High bending strength and good toughness. It can be processed by lathe, milling machine, drilling machine into various shaped piece

without layer separating.

Note: The product less than 2.0mm thickness can be formed by stamping. The products larger than 2.0mm shall be processed by turning, milling, drilling and other processes.

Packing:One pack is 50kg in general. The product is sealed usually with plastic film and packed in carton. The fumigation-free pallet shall be used when exporting. Each pallet contains <1000KG or protected by metal drum.
