Less glue mica tape
The product is made of mica paper as the substrate. One side is bonded with electrical non alkali fiberglass fabric or polyester film as supporting material by epoxide resin or other high performance resins as glues. The product has good flexibility under normal condition. The compatible impregnating resin after vacuum-pressure impregnation insulation process (VPI) treatment is formed and cured with the mica into mica tape. The product is featured with high mica content and excellent electrical performance, is the ideal insulating material for large and middle high voltage electrode coils using VPI process.

Polyimide film less glue mica tape
The product is glue bonded mica paper tape made of mica paper as the substrate, polyimide film on one side, or polyimide film and non-alkali fiberglass fabric on two sides as reinforcing material. The temperature is 155℃, 180℃ or 200℃.
Suitable for coil insulation of inverter motor, traction motor, wind power generation and other types of motors.
