Heavily glued mica paper tape
The product is made of mica paper as the substrate, with epoxy or other heat-resistant resin as glue. Both sides are bonded with electrical non alkali fiberglass fabric and polyester film, polyimide film or corona-resistant film as reinforcing materials. After baking and winding, it is cut into tape. The product has good flexibility under normal condition, easily wrapping. The wrapped wire coils after molding and curing have good electrical and mechanical properties, suitable for large and middle high-voltage motors and generators, traction motor and other kinds of motors and electrical equipment.

Heavily glued mica tape for vacuum pressure impregnation
The product is made of mica paper as the substrate. Both sides are bonded by epoxy resin with electrical non alkali fiberglass fabric and polyester film as reinforcing material. After baking, winding and cutting, the product is tape insulation material and has good flexibility under normal condition, suitable for VIP process. The compatible impregnating resin after vacuum-pressure impregnation insulation process (VPI) treatment is formed and dried with the mica into mica tape. The product has good electrical and mechanical properties, and suitable for coil insulation of medium to high voltage motors and other kinds of motors at temperature of 155℃.
